How is trade-in value calculated?

Our technicians consider: brand reputation, battery health, mileage, and market demand. We pay 10-15% more than dealers.
Can I trade non-working bikes?

Yes! We accept bikes in any condition. Even non-functional bikes have value from salvageable parts.
What if I owe more than the new bike costs?

We'll pay you the difference in cash! Example: €500 trade-in value for €450 bike = €50 cash back.
Do I need original documents?

Helpful but not required. We accept alternative proofs like bank statements or service records.
