All vehicles are sold "AS-IS" with no warranty. By purchasing, you acknowledge:

 

✅ All bikes undergo basic safety inspection before sale

❌ No mechanical/electrical warranties provided
🔍 Final inspection must be done before payment
📝 Signed "As-Is" agreement required at collection

We recommend independent inspection prior to purchase
No returns/refunds for mechanical failures post-sale
Repair services available at our workshop (paid service)
This policy complies with Regulation 17(7) of the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.
